Nice piece of artwork. I really enjoy that large centerpiece in the background. Just wish the arms had a little more contrast and sharpness though.

Beautiful coloring. I love the bright yellow green and blue tones. And the lace detail and background are amazing. =) Glad to see you posting again. ^^ What program did you use?
